Project 5-100 at Third Moscow International Education FairApril 15, 2016
April 13-16, Project 5-100 took part in the Moscow International Education Fair (MIEF), which took place at VDNKH. The Fair, which was organized by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation, was held for the third time. On the first day of the Fair, the booth of Project 5-100 was visited by the Vice Premier Minister of Russia Olga Golodets and the Minister of Education and Science Dmitry Livanov.
Livanov, Golodets, Veniamin Kaganov (Deputy Minister of Education and Science), and Gulnaz Kadyrova (Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade) were present at the Opening Ceremony to greet visitors to the Fair. Golodets noted that this year MIEF attracted interested observers from 70 countries and more than 1,000 experts in education. “The Fair has beaten the 30,000 people mark at the first day”, she proclaimed happily.
“MIEF is one of the central events of the year and offers a unique platform for the discussion of fundamental problems in education, its future and development scenarios as well as the most promising educational products, technologies, programs and equipment that will soon be available. Not everyone has a chance to look into the future, but those visiting the Moscow Fair this week have such an opportunity”, said Dmitry Livanov.
The Fair was accompanied by an interesting business program. Many Project 5-100 representatives spoke at various events of the Fair, including Eduard Galazhinsky (Rector of Tomsk State University) and Ilshat Galfurov (Head of Kazan Federal University).
